Toda's meditation stimulates visualization, and can be used for for as long or short as it feels comfortable for you. Whether it is one minute, ten or twenty, please, just enjoy :-)
ground and centre yourselves in your usual way....
and take three deep slow breathes....
and walk in any direction...
and you will find yourselves in a lush green grassy field...
with a stream running through the centre of it...
as you walk along beside the stream...
you can see to the bottom of the crystal clear water...
you can see the plants swaying in the current...
gently and fluently...
rooted solidly within the ground beneath the water...
darting in and out of the shelter of the plants you see bright silver fish...
glistening in the sunlight...
as you look back across the field you see millions of bright yellow buttercups...
and the insects and butterflies humming and buzzing as the gather the nectar...
above your head the birds are singing as the fly on their way to wherever they are going...
you are surrounded by peace and serenity...
absorb this tranquillity until you are one with it
stay in this field for as long as you feel the need to.
If you want to ‘invite’ anyone to join you in this haven of tranquillity, do so.
When you feel ready, return to the present day and time.
Take three deep slow breaths and allow yourself to face your reality with a new sense of calmness.

Hmm. I have had trouble visualizing anything recently, but I'll give this a try.
